Suzana ( I hope I spelt her name correctly) was welcoming friendly and professional and was able to go through the booking for me fairly straightforwardly. There was a bit of a mismatch between the Hays package and Jet2 (to do with transfer costs I think) but she sorted it out.
I would use Hays again

Also told us about extras we can organise further down the line as we have booked so far in advance. Always a pleasure dealing with the girls in Perth, even had a coffee and cookie while booking!
