Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient, friendly and polite,
It has been a terrible time for us as a family for many years with our son and getting him through the big “C” and while a very uncertain future, I had to make the decision to take him away on holiday to say well done, sadly I could only afford Spain, but as we have not been away since he was in a pram and is now 17 I hope he enjoys, So I say thank you to Hays for a easy service.

Amazing staff. All of them are really friendly, welcoming and polite.
Lorna found us two amazing holidays within our budget.
She listened and didn’t try a push anything out of our budget.
We were made to feel what we wanted out of a holiday and ideas we had we granted.

I had a very uncomfortable experience…
I had a very uncomfortable experience with one member of staff at this travel agency. They were very unhelpful and made me feel like I was a problem just for being there. Because I wasn’t ready to make a booking that day, their attitude towards me completely changed and I was hardly spoken to after that.
While I was there, other people were being sat down and helped with bookings, but I didn’t feel like I was given the same time or attention. Instead of trying to help or suggest another time to come back, I felt like I was being brushed off and not taken seriously.
Customer service shouldn’t depend on whether someone is ready to book straight away. The interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it honestly put me off returning. Very disappointing experience.
