I had a very uncomfortable experience…
I had a very uncomfortable experience with one member of staff at this travel agency. They were very unhelpful and made me feel like I was a problem just for being there. Because I wasn’t ready to make a booking that day, their attitude towards me completely changed and I was hardly spoken to after that.
While I was there, other people were being sat down and helped with bookings, but I didn’t feel like I was given the same time or attention. Instead of trying to help or suggest another time to come back, I felt like I was being brushed off and not taken seriously.
Customer service shouldn’t depend on whether someone is ready to book straight away. The interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it honestly put me off returning. Very disappointing experience.

Very helpful travel consultants
We knew the hotel we wanted before going into the shop, and the consultants were extremely helpful with the rest of our holiday, booking the hotel, flights etc. and talking us through the things we needed to know about our trip. Overall a very pleasant experience. This was the first time we've used Hays Travel and would definitely recommend them.

Where do I even start? The staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude from the moment I arrived; it felt like I was an inconvenience to them.
