Very polite and understanding she new what we wanted very helpful at the time didn't take long to book everything will go back and see the same person to deal with again

Claire was brilliant. Priced up then to go home and price with other companies i got a cheaper price but hays still managed to match it. All booked and counting down the days. Kids are so excited x

The girls in the shop were very friendly and made us feel so comfortable and we had a few children with us too they were great we were a large group as 5 families wanted to go they sorted our holiday out within a few hours at a great price .we paid deposits and all the girls said if we need any further help with the booking insurance travel cards etc we can call in anytime . We found our experiance exceptional above and beyond thankyou ladies in peterlee branch 😇

Amanda was amazing. No matter how many times (and there were many) I went back asking for her to look at different things for me she was so professional. I’m delighted with the service I received and more so about the perfect package she found for me.

It was a really good experience and Bronia the travel agent was very good at her job because we hadn’t even planned to book a holiday when we went into hays travel and left with a holiday to Paris booked for December this year. She was really kind and let us know everything we needed to know to prepare for our trip in December.

We went into Hays Travel in Peterlee last Wednesday 24th September and had a word with Jane Anderson the branch manager and left a list of requests for a holiday.

Jane rang with a list of options to look over and consider.

We returned on Friday afternoon and discussed the options and we booked up for a stay cruise in the Mediterranean.

Great customer service received from Claire. We went in with one holiday in mind but then completely changed our choice of destination. Nothing was too much trouble throughout and Claire ensured we booked the holiday we hoped for.
