Booking a special cruise!
We visited Peterlee to book our very first cruise. We are going at Christmas and haven’t had a holiday for many years! At one point virtually every member of the team were searching for the perfect holiday for us! Customer service was second to none! Everyone was so patient with us. I recently visited Hays Travel and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Amanda was extremely helpful, took the time to properly listen to what I wanted, and made sure everything suited my needs.
She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and she tailored the perfect holiday for us without making anything feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience was genuinely pleasant and stress-free.
