From arrival at Hays Petersfield, although Richard was busy, he took the time to welcome us and tell us that he'd be with us shortly. Sat down at his desk,he listened to what we would like for our holiday and set to work to find us the perfect package. Throughout our time with him, he explained what he was doing and why, then he explained all options available to us and gently checked our understanding prior to us agreeing the package that suited us best. I saw Richard at Hays Travel in Petersfield and discussed my initial holiday destination idea with him and got quotes etc. I then realised that idea wouldn't work for me and I wasn't sure where to go.
Richard wanted to give me a variety of potential holiday destination options so he looked up a range of places and priced them all up for me which was great.
From there, I found the holiday I wanted!
