First time experience of using a travel agent face to face
This was our first time of booking a holiday through an agent. Our experience was one of great satisfaction. The office staff were very friendly and our particular travel rep was very knowledgeable and was able to make the process of booking a special holiday (40th wedding anniversary) seamless. We were in the office for some time and, going forward, coffee/tea facilities would be a nice touch.

Hays has a much more effective…
Hays has a much more effective technological access to all aspects of travel on the internet. We find it easier to arrange our travel by talking to those in the travel business. Richard and the team in Petersfield give good advice and a good service. It is also more social able to talk to a person rather than curse a computer.

Hays is a good company to deal with
Hays is a good company to deal with. Technology is a wonderful thing where one can glean so much relevant information. However, at times, one can easily miss certain vital facts relating to your holiday. Working on the basis of two heads are better than one we come to Hays. If we were infallible we would do everything ourselves.
