Welcoming, friendly staff at the Pickering branch who worked very hard, in a quiet, calm environment, to secure us the best deal for our trip to Hong Kong and Japan.

Friendly staff, very helpful i just saying what I would like and with in minutes it's all sorted.

Staff are always friendly. We have booked with them a few times.
They found what I needed very quickly and the whole process was much easier (& cheaper !) than trying to book for yourself online !!!

Caroline the representative who helped us was knowledgeable and had looked into the options before we arrived. she helped us choose the best cabin for what we wanted and for our available budget. the process of booking was complete efficiently and quickly.
