My son and I spoke with Eve. She was friendly and welcoming. She understood our wishes and promptly commenced a search for a holiday to suit.
She was happy to expand the search and a holiday was booked.

Excellent friendly and efficient service, with great attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble, I can't fault our agent Kate.

Young girl was very nice and helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service by Carole in the Plymouth City Centre office. She provided great advice regarding where to get some winter sun! We ended up booking Malta, her knowledge on the best resorts for us was second to none and we are very happy with our mini break!

The representative we dealt with was efficient and quickly realised the sort of holiday that we were looking for and immediately sourced a company that could 'tailor make' a holiday for us. It resulted in a package put together that was exactly what we wanted. After a quick review of what was available we returned a day later to book, again very efficent friendly service.

We went into the shop looking for information about cruises. We had just been elsewhere and eventually handed a couple of brochures and told to come back for an appointment to discuss our requirements.
Here we were welcomed with a smile from a really helpful young woman. She explained everything to us, listened to what we wanted and pulled up the details on her computer. She gave us some time alone to discuss what she had told us (we had already done some research on the internet). When she came back she booked the cruise for us. When I asked what was the benefit of booking through Hays versus booking online she explained about the help she and her colleagues could give to us.
I would definitely recommend them.

The young lady who helped us with our enquirey .was very very helpfull.she was able to answere all our questions. And suggested possible options. She is a very pleasent young lady.who knows her job well..

We were looked after by Kate and Katie, both were excellent and very patient. A credit to Hays.

It was very efficient. How ever my credit card didn't work in your system which meant I had to get an alternate way to pay. Also great difficulty getting through to the agent on the phone

Paige and Kate are both amazing in the Plymouth Store.

Both are Very easy to talk to, and both have an amazing wealth of knowledge, with hints and great tips to make our future holiday fantastic.

We were served by a lovely lady called Carol who went through everything with us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area we were looking at.

We went into Hays with an idea of where we wanted to go, and hotels we had looked at, the lady who assisted us was great, helpful, very pleasant and made the whole booking experience pleasurable and straightforward, oh and she smiled a lot, great to see

Really friendly staff two ladies one Katie not sure what the other lady was called, they went above and beyond to find what we were looking for.
