Staff exerience on bookings.

I go in and tell Jo what myself and my wife would like and i usually get an answer with in a couple of hours. I could not get any better service.That is the same for all the staff if Jo is not in,

I booked a secret birthday

I booked a secret birthday
holiday for my husband.
I was daunted by the fact it would be the first time I had to organise everything on my own.
I found the whole experience an easy task due to the staff who went out of there way to help me through the process.
