They were so friendly and helpful. They listened to what we wanted and built up a great package. Booking a cruise
We called to book a princess cruise for next year,as I use a mobility scooter and it has to be booked in with Princess as they need to know dimensions ect. Charlotte who was booking our cruise arrange all that for us. The whole experience of booking went smoothly,and Charlotte gave excellent customer service.

When we asked about a later return flight she immediately found one at a better time on a different day which suited us fine. It was great to go into the shop and come out half an hour later with a holiday booked and paid for and our seat tickets in hand.
