I didnt have to do a thing. My sister went intol Hays, picked a cruise phoned me to say I could have cabin opposite hers and she paid the deposit. I received an email shortly afterwards to confirm booking and advising me of balance. What more could I ask for?

I went to hays travel Poole to book my holiday on 6th January
Saw a young lady called Jodie. She explained everything to me and did her best to book what I wanted. Have used Hays before and would recommend them to others

we've just booked second holiday at hays in Poole, all the staff are friendly, helpful, i would recommend hays to friends and family, once again tom dealt with us and he went above and beyond to get what we wanted 👍
