Hays Travel - Prenton Reviews 

Tilly was extremely helpful and patient, didn't rush us. Gave great advice. Understood what we were looking for and recognised we actually were doing the best thing by going back to the same place we went 4 years ago! Again booked with Hays. They use the same sites you would use to book yourself but help with making sure you have passports in date, printing out documents you need etc. You may save yourself a bit of cash booking your own hotel, arranging your own transfers and such like but the reassurance from this company is worth any little extra you may save, if any.

They are extremely helpful and if they are asked a question that they are not familiar with, they do their best to find the answer.
This sort of possitive attitude keeps us returning for more bookings.
