Brooke was very helpful and professional. Booking holidays with Hays is always trouble free.

All the staff in my local Hays in Prenton are great. So helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't book with anyone else.

Rome is always a good City to visit. The San Marco Hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance of the Termini Train Station.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that there was no tea/coffee making facility within the bedroom.

The breakfast offered a choice of cooked breakfast or choice of meats and cheeses.

The staff were very helpful

The hotel was between 2 metro stations - the Termini metro (10 minutes walk) and the Castro Pretrio (5 to 10 minute walk)

There were cafes right next door to the San Marco Hotel for evening meals and a drink.

The Termini Train Station had a food hall on the first floor, with a good selection of cafes and restaurants .
From the Termini you could book bus tours and also transfers to either of the airports in Rome

Rome has a lot to offer. Do your homework before you go and enjoy your holiday in Rome

We booked our holiday yesterday at Hayes Travel Prenton, Tilly is always amazing when booking for us, she makes sure everything that we want is sorted for us, absolutely nothing is too much trouble to her, it is such a pleasure to go in and see Tilly and all of the other lovely pleasant staff that work there

Welcoming and attentive. I wasn’t sure of my destination for two age groups, myself, a pensioner and 20 year old grandson. Guided through options with constructive and helpful advice from Brooke, a kind and experienced young lady. She understood immediately what sort of holiday, resort and facilities would meet our requirements. Brooke was professional throughout guiding me through all aspects of the holiday and the resort we would be visiting. Our holiday was booked with confidence that all elements were covered, we would be looked after by Hays and the travel company. Thank you Brooke and Hays Travel.
