We were seen to by Leah, very friendly and extremely helpful.We had seen a holiday on the computer , went into Hays travel and was sorted by Leah in no time.

Staff very helpful, not pushy. They answered all our questions and were very patient.

I'm a returning customer to Hays Prestatyn. At last I can easily get into the shop as theyve moved to accessible premises. Booking the holiday is made so easy by Paula who not only finds me the best price but now knows all the complicated additional needs I have as a wheelchair user. She has it covered from airport special assistance to adapted transfer in resort.

I always find the staff happy & friendly at the Prestatyn store.
The store has recently moved a few shops down the high street to a much larger and brighter shop. I think this was a great move.
I have just booked my next holiday for next year. Paula was the agent. I cant praise her enough. She helped me with her knowledge and her own experiences in choosing the right holiday. Nothing was to much trouble. I normally always book holidays online however this was a nice experience to go into the travel agents for the more personal touch to booking a holiday when you are a bit unsure. With a bit of help ive got a fabulous holiday and at a great price to.

Leah was very nice , we gave her a budget and she stuck to it near enough we explained we don't drink much alcohol so taking the drinks packages off was a big difference
