HOLIDAY GET AWAYS FOR OLDIES WHO HATE ONLINE …
Very helpful staff nothing is too much trouble take all the online work off your hands and print your boarding passes etc dealt with Aiden who booked the latest holiday and Sophie booked in July for us, their colleagues are always on hand for extra things money or guidance, we keep going back

The young man who dealt with our booking was very helpful, our first choice was fully booked and he found us an alternative. We have used Hayes before and would definitely recommend them.

A+ for Sophie in Preston
We called in to the Preston store and met with Sophie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but we were unable to proceed at that time. A call was scheduled for a followup which was made. We gave Sophie another option we had found which she managed to get at a good price. Holiday booked.
