Went into Hays Travel Pudsey to book a quick week abroad for my wife & I. Matty sorted us out quickly and we were very happy with his recommendations and booked and paid then and there. All documentation printed and in and out within 30 minutes. Have to call back before we go to collect some vouchers and currency. Very professional staff and prompt knowledgeable service as you would expect from a well respected local travel agent. Nearly forgot to mention, got an extra £50 Hays discount in addition to the £200 Jet 2 discount.

I was interested In a Thailand trip but was not sure if I wanted to do Japan instead , she took her time to get me a quote for Japan , unfortunately the dates didn’t work so I booked Thailand but she took her time to make sure everything was right for me !
