Rachael, what an amazing help she was!
I am disabled and this is my first holiday since i was made disabled. Her thoughtfulness and communication were exceptional. She made sure every little detail that could cause me issues was addressed in advance so i could enjoy my holiday.
Highly recommend using Rach for any future bookings, i know i will be.
