Rachael is outstanding
Rachael is outstanding, she is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, caring and absolutely brilliant. I spent many years working in the travel and tourism industry so I prefer to book things myself. However, I wouldn't even consider booking things myself now I've found Rachael. She gives you the best prices, fantastic service and always goes above and beyond.
