We have just come back from an amazing two week cruise around Japan organised by Rachel. Nothing was too much trouble, even us phoning her from Tokyo airport in a mad panic due to a missing suitcase. She was so helpful, advising what we needed to do that end while she was busy contacting people here. The suitcase was located and delivered to the boat the following day. Rachel goes above and beyond, we will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

Had an amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Rachel was so kind and helpful throughout the booking and planning process and tailored our trip to fit what we wanted to do on our holiday, and it worked out brilliantly. We saw and did so much and the guides that Rachel organised really made each excursion memorable. The hotels were excellent as were the private transfers. We are already thinking of our next trip and will definitely use Hays again.

Superb service from Rachel, from booking our holiday, in the evening, within our budget. Checking us in to printing out our boarding passes. It’s the little things. Supporting us when we didn’t receive a text about our transfer in Spain, she was at the end of the phone and on Saturday! Got it sorted in minutes and we were off to enjoy our holiday. It was a pleasure booking with Rachel. I find a lot of travel consultants pushy and impatient. She was neither of these. Always willing to answer questions and amend the booking quotation multiple times. Nothing was too much trouble and she always got back to me in a timely fashion.
She’s even going the extra mile to post my family some personal touches before our once in a lifetime flight.
