Second time booking through Rachel but first time on a cruise. Rachel is amazing and will help through the whole booking process AND after with help and any queries we had. Not only did Rachel get us an excellent deal, she made the whole process so easy and stress free with her knowledge and insight. Will definitely use Rachel again and highly recommend her.

We booked our holiday through Rachel and Hayes Travel as we got the best price from her and from start to finish of booking the holiday she was chatty and smiley in her voice, building a sense of trust with us and we loved that. We have recently flown back from Turkey. Our flight was supposed to depart from Antalya Tuesday and we eventually flew back Thursday evening. We were left completely alone by easyJet with no communication, no food or drink vouchers and complete chaos. Rachel was the other person in the Uk who had shown, empathy, professionalism, excellent communication skills and made us feel, we were a person and that we mattered. We were not treated with respect or dignity by EasyJet, themselves, who left us all stranded at our gate for hours. With no staff at all. Rachel was contacted by us at unsociable times during our two overnight stays in Turkey and in the thick of our delays, because our flight was cancelled with technical issues and another 4 hour delay to take off the next day due to bad weather in the Baltic region, which isn’t anyone’s fault, we can’t control the weather.

Rachel, I honestly can’t thank you enough for your service and I will definitely be using yourself and Hayes Travel to book our future holidays.

Really easy to use, helpful and excellent service

Rachel is really helpful

So far I have only booked the holiday using Rachel but my experience has been all positive. She responded quickly to any questions I had and even concluded the booking on a Sunday evening when she wasn’t feeling well. The way to pay was one I had not used before but she talked me through it and I found it very simple in the end. Initial contact was via Messenger including where Rachel sent me a copy of the itinerary. We finalised things via phone later. All in all seemed a very good service which I hope will continue.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. She found us the best, once in a lifetime holiday. Rachel made adjustments to the holiday for us to make it the ideal trip. Her knowledge was fantastic, and she chose us the best accommodation and flights. Very excited for our holiday next year! 100% recommend.

From enquiry to booking a cruise, less than a day. Rachel sent all the details/recommendations including YouTube video links to allow us to select our room. Usually takes me days of research when booking on my own. This will be my 2nd cruise but 3rd holiday booked through Rachel and I can’t thank her enough for all her “leg work”.
