We have always gone to Retford to book our holidays and like to speek to Heather as she as always been really helpfull and friendly nothing is too much trouble for her we class her as our own holiday consultant the other staff are always friendly polite .The after service is also excellent helping sort out car park airports 2 yrs ago I'd broke my leg badly and Heather sorted out all the assistance I needed on the planes and boarding the ship so we keep going back

Booking to Krakow
We were greeted by Jak who beckoned us to sit and asked us what we were looking for.
He asked the relevant questions then gave us various options to look at. We did not feel under any pressure and we were able to discuss between ourselves as to the best option to take.
The booking was a smooth process.
We were impressed with the offer of the after service close to our departure date in terms of the check in process and currency options.
