Geoff was incredibly helpful (and patient!) piecing together a host of preferences into a package which works. And there's such a great 'team atmosphere' at Hays!

Nicola was very helpful and patient while booking our holiday. She spent sometime speaking to the airline to secure the seats we wanted on the plane.

The team at Hays are truly fab ( especially Geoff and Nicola ). They always go above and beyond to assist and help, with bookings, general information anything to create a great customer experience. We recently booked a last minute holiday and I was worried about my expiring passport, Nicola offered clear advice on what could be done. Also no fault of Hays, but there was also an issue with the booking , which required a hotel change. Geoff was patient, kind, and ready to listen and took control, helped resolve the problem, with a great outcome. He/ They are just the best !! I would always recommend using Hays.
