Sophie looked after me - from the moment I walked into the shop and gave her my list of requirements! It was almost closing time so early the next morning as promised I received several quotes. Sophie was so friendly and helpful and answered every question promptly. Once we had decided what we wanted Sophie booked it all quickly and sent the paperwork through.
All quick, easy and just brilliant.

I spoke with both scarlett and Sophie in the Ringwood branch about possible short breaks from bournemouth. They both gave great recommendations, one from personal experience, and we ended up booking a few days later. I was also provided with all the financial breakdown of each hotel and additional insurance if we wanted it. Both very nice
