Fantastic customer service
The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
Caitlin was extremely helpful , very polite and confident.
All the staff were very approachable, both in the shop also on the phone. We have used Hays before and have always been very happy with the services provided.

Holiday to Morocco was not good
Holiday to Morocco was not good. On arrival was left abandoned and had to make my own way to the hotel. Room at the hotel was not what I paid for. View was over the carpark and not over the gardens. All in all disappointing. Christmas Dinner was over priced and poor.
Paid for an excursion to the Atlas Mountains which was cancelled without notice. Visit into the capital was a disappointment. Dirty and dangerous. Witnessed a mugging which was scary to say the least.
Flight home was delayed and passengers treatment was poor. Simply treated like cattle and crowded into a small area. Each passenger given a half plastic cup of water.
Whilst I was refunded £33.00 for the loss of the Atlas Mountain excursion, I feel that the whole holiday was a fiasco.
