We went in a different branch to where we saw holiday advertised and they were so helpful. The holiday was not what we wanted but they quickly found us another better one. So friendly and helpful 😌

We have booked a Riviera river boat…
We have booked a Riviera river boat cruise in August'25 with Hays Travel in Ringwood. All the staff at different times in the booking progress have been very helpful and supportive. In particular, Katie was instrumental in booking our holiday in a very professional and knowledgeable which appeared to make the process very easy and understandable.

Very polite and cheerful staff,however shop was very busy and had only 2 staff of which one was from currency department and was limited on what she could do.This meant long wait and they definitely near mote staff.
