Jo was amazing ! I felt so bad for her as as we were constantly changing our minds group of 8 ladies traveling all wanting diff places and type of hotel she found lots of diff options and we all managed to agree on one and booked it there and then 🩷

Caitlin was really helpful, we were booking our first cruise, she was knowledgeable and friendly.

I applaud the staff at my local Hays Travel, I wasn’t purposely being awkward but for sentimental reasons I knew what I wanted. Even after 2 visits and my giving them a ring all within an hour they were pleasant, helpful, understanding and regarding my needs.
Last year after my husband died and I had to cancel our trip I received the same, their pleasant, helpfulness and understanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when booking a trip.

Hays Travel in Ringwood's well-organised office, and very welcoming member of staff, dealt with our enquiry most efficiently. The nature of our apirations were very quickly identified and a comprehensive solution found in the most re-assuring manner.
We feel sure our next winter break will now prove to be as well-planned and relaxing as we could hope for.

The lovely lady that dealt with me took all the stresses away from me, I gave her the ref number and room prices we were happy with and she did all the booking for me.

We booked our first ever cruise to the Norwegian Fjords. Initially we spoke to Linda via the phone who gave us the best advice we needed to make a decision, on the day we were greeted by Katie, she helped us along with her colleagues (sorry don’t know there names) to book our cruise. Everyone from start to finish was exceptionally helpful & friendly , normally we book our holidays online, actually booking it in the travel agents was quite refreshing getting the advice and help we needed and no cost difference. Will definitely speak to hays travel Ringwood when we look to book our next holiday, highly recommend.

Saw Linda yesterday regarding having to change my cruise booking from August this year to next July as my dog has been diagnosed with an incurable brain condition. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was worried I couldn't change it but was done with ease, and what was already a stressful day was made a lot easier thanks to Linda.
