Evie, the lady in the Rochdale branch was what made my holiday booking such a pleasant experience, she was so patient and took her time to try and fulfill all the requirements I had given her. Hayes travel is always my first choice when booking a holiday.

Excellent!! Looking for a cruise for my husband 65th birthday and Feya found several packages and we ended up booking one that suited all our needs. No pressure to book and she was very helpful and knowledgable.

Kimberley was very patient & had options & ideas that Eileen & I could fit round . for our cruise . She covered everything in our conversation even which sitting we were on .The on board credit was a bonus for us !
It was all concluded in a short time , which saved us having to go down in to town( at 83 & 84 we are glad to make things as easy as possible !!) Many thanks Kimberley from Anita
I also booked a trip to Andre Rieu concert in Mastericht & again KImberley showed her expertise & knowledge. She guided me through several options for staying in Holland & Begium& suggested a pre concert dinner river cruise which I hadn't considered. I am really satisfied with the choices she has helped me with& at theright price& I am really looking forward to the holidays I have secured

I attended at the Rochdale branch and was greeted by Kim…
I was enquiring about a trip to New York.
I have as part of my previous and current role have a lot of experience in dealing with people.
Kim was absolutely fantastic, very interested in what I wanted so knowledgable and really keen to find me the best option.
I have to say that I have never attended at Hey’s travel before or spoken to any staff member.
But, honestly Kim is a credit to Hayes Travel, what a breath of fresh air to see someone who is clearly interested in her job and most of all the needs of the customer.
Please bring this review to your head office, Kim deserves a lot of credit for the way she made me feel I was important, very keen to assist on various ways I could book my trip and indeed very professional and as I said a breath of fresh air. Thank you Kim……
