I spoke to Adam, who has a warm and friendly attitude, he personalises the conversation in a positive manner is very helpful and efficient, although I called very close to closing time, this did not dissuade Adam from taking the time to discuss my request and resulted in a successful booking

Adam - First Class
Adam, was great as always! I’m currently abroad with friends and wanted to book a further trip with our new friends and Adam was efficient to sort this. This DID NOT disturb my holiday. We cannot recommend Hays Tracel enough!!
