Hays Travel - Rothwell Reviews 

We booked our cruise on the advice of Karen. We told her what we wanted and she came up trumps. All the staff here are very helpful but Karen was our go to. We have just booked another cruise and will be in and out to see her very often 😁

All ok again, good experience, nice staff.

I picked a holiday for my birthday but when we checked the reviews it wasn’t very nice the assistant was very helpful he changed my hotel for somewhere much better

Nothing was too much for the young lady that dealt with our booking, she went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted

As normal excellent service, sorted our River Cruise with a great deal.
Visiting Hays Travel in Rothwell (all members) is just like meeting friends who are their to provide a nice enjoyable experience when booking a holiday.

I always find the staff in hays travel so welcome, kind, taking note of all you want from a holiday. I find them very knowledgeable what ever it's a cruise or a flight package holiday it suits all tastes.

After picking up a Calendonian brochure from Hays Travel in Rothwell, we selected three short coach breaks. Returning to Hays Travel, the process of organising our selection of breaks was very easy and straightforward. We will certainly be using Hays Travel again in the future.

Adam in the Rothwell store was brilliant. What I thought would be a challenge from my huge list of wants and don’t want, he quickly found us a holiday to suit our (well my 😂) needs.

Very friendly and welcoming made me feel at ease when booking a holiday and very knowledgeable went above and beyond to get what we wanted.
