I had received some ideas for my holiday after seeing one of your employees. One of which we were interested in. You emailed further details and we decided to come into Hays to book this. Courtney was brilliant and went the extra mile to get us the holiday we wanted.She was professional and very friendly making it easy for the booking to be completed with all our questions answered and all the boxes ticked.
