As a lone female traveller, I really want to be sure of where I am going. Elaine took her time to look for a holiday to suit me. My last holiday she helped me book was to Portugal and everything was fantastic for a lone female. I appreciate her patience and the effort she puts in to get me a holiday to suit me.

Always very helpful all the staff go out of there way to make sure you are getting the best deals wouldn't book anywhere else first class

Very welcoming, great information , Angie was so very helpful with our holiday and got us a great deal . She gave us a lot of information and ideas . We didn't initially plan to book our holiday that day but Angie was so informative we booked with her straight away.

Just booked a 2027 cruise to Norway through June at Hays Rutherglen. We have booked so many times before June knows exactly what we are looking for. She secured a great cabin at a fabulous price, all done with a quick phonecall to her. Great service, we'll be booking again soon.

I booked 2 cruises with Hays travel yesterday. The agent Megan was amazing she explained everything and was back and forth on calls giving me prices on all different cruises I asked her to price for me. She went above and beyond explaining what the different cruises had to offer and the different destinations. I explained I’m taking my teenage daughter and it’s hard to find somewhere to travel and keep her entertained thats when Megan explained all the different onboard entertainment the MSC and the Royal Caribbean cruise ships have to offer. I loved the sound of it all that much I decided to book the MSC for this year and the Royal Caribbean for next year. I cannot praise Meagan enough for all her hard work in finding me what I wanted and the price I wanted , so happy and excited and can’t wait to surprise my daughter with these 2 amazing trips

First class service from June, who was so helpful and knowledgable when we made our booking. We had lots of questions which June answered. Will use Hays travel again for another holiday booking.
