Sam helped me book a large group for a stag do and was extremely helpful in giving recommendations & finding us the best deal which made the whole process really easy. Even when we had to modify the booking on a couple of occasions she did it quickly taking a lot of stress off myself. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Sam is absolutely fantastic goes above and beyond to meet our requirements we’ve booked several holidays with her and not been disappointed at all. She always comes up with different choices but guides us to what she thinks is best for us. Can’t recommend Sam highly enough we had an issue in An America airport and if it wasn’t for her being at the end of the phone and sorting out our cancelled flight it would of completely ruined our holiday and would of lost 2 days on the ranch, she was unbelievable. Sam our agent went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted regarding our recent safari booking. She spend a great deal of time getting quotes and keeping us informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent. She used her personal experience to give us information on destinations and answered our queries in a very informative manner. I think the benefits of having your own personal agent is that they get to know customers preferences regarding hotel choice and standards, we have booked many holidays with Sam and had some amazing holidays both long and short haul.
