Chloe was so informative and helpful. We booked our first cruise and Chloe was able to answer all our questions and helped us book exactly what we wanted - offering us advise and showing us plans and pictures along the way.

Painless, simple, all optional extras explained. The cost of the holiday was 33% cheaper than if we'd done it online (we'd estimated it the night before). Plus we got a £20 discount on airport parking, something not offered online. Oh, and we were shown hotels/appartments not listed on the internet. Amazing experience. We'll be using Hays Travel for all our holidays from now on!
