Sarah’s ad on Facebook caught my eye just at the right time.
I made contact and got a response straight away.
This was my experience all through the booking process. I had LOTS of questions and Sarah answered them all regardless of what time of day it was. After we chatted on the phone one evening I then went ahead and booked.

Sarah was honestly brilliant, nothing was ever an issue and had so much patience with us. Sarah answered all our questions and reassured us. She had great knowledge when we were booking our cruise and suggestions on our room.

Brilliant Service
We booked our cruise through Sarah Bell Sampson @ Hays Travel and Sarah couldn't have made the booking process any easier.
