First cruise
Wanted to go on a cruise, went in to Hays spoke to Hannah who was fabulous. She helped and advised us using her knowledge, booked the P&O transatlantic carabian, fitted perfectly with our dates. All the staff were very helpful and organised every time we went in or when the phoned us. Had a fabulous first cruise and p&o transfered our second cruise booked on board for them to handle as so efficient.

Excellent staff and service
The young lady who dealt with me was fantastic. She was so helpful and friendly, and very patient. I've just returned now from a super trip to Kraków and everything that she organised for me was perfect. She sorted out a decent hotel, good flights, checked me in online and answered all my questions. I was also able to get the Polish Zlotys immediately.
I will definitely be calling in Hays Travel in Scunthorpe again, when I receive my new passport. Thank you very much.
