Efficient and friendly
As usual the colleague was efficient and listened to our requests. They gave good advice and took other details in order to complete other aspects of the booking that could not be completed at the time.
A small error on payment due date was corrected very quickly and confirmation paperwork arrived quickly.
As usual we cannot fault your staff and would recommend Hays to anyone looking for a travel agent

Because I’m disabled & have numerous health issues she has gone above & beyond to make sure everything is suitable me .
