We called in on Saturday to book a holiday for October the staff are always very friendly and very helpful . Holly was very helpful 👏 making sure we got the best deal and making sure for fight seats,and the right airport transfers when we arrive, car parking before we fly. Really grate and professional always use Hays.

Holly made our visit so special
Holly made our visit so special. We said where we wanted to go and instantly she was showing us the most beautiful hotel and surrounding area with places of interest. She made it so easy and of course we couldn’t not book our anniversary holiday. Well done Holly we are so looking forward to the experience.

We went looking to book a holiday
We went looking to book a holiday, no definite location just looking for somewhere accessible as my wife has mobility issues, the staff could not have been more helpful, searching through numerous destinations eventually deciding on Majorca. As well as accommodating ourselves we intend to fly from Liverpool but other family members booked same holiday flying from Newcastle the times for these flights are probably within an hour of each other so effectively we all arrive on holiday at the same time. Hopefully everything to do with the holiday goes as smoothly!!!

Went into Seaham to ask about a holiday the person we dealt with was very efficient and came out with holiday and car parking for airport booked quick and painless, excellent service. Only thing it would be nice to know is whi you are speaking to, name badges would be good.
