I spoke with Leah who was exceptionally helpful. I told her what I was looking for and what destination for my mams 80th. She found us a fantastic hotel . She kept us informed of every little detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Mam liked her too. Leah is an asset to Hays travel in Sedgefield.

All staff members in the shop were lovely. Helen was very helpful and found us a fabulous holiday!

My wife and I visited Hays in order to arrange a holiday covering two locations in Portugal. The holiday was put together by Julie Ann who after listening carefully to our requirements provided a number of options to meet our needs.
