First holiday on my own! called in basically for brochures…
I called in basically for brochures initially but after looking at the holidays with the lady who served me I decided to book a holiday. The lady who served me was so helpful answering all my queries couldn't have been more helpful and I came away feeling good about everything.

Failed to supply currency orders
Ordered 2 x foreign currency a week ahead. Called to collect it in Selby and my Danish money was not there. No good reason given, I had an email confirming the order. Not able to reorder in time for me leaving in 3 days. Very annoyed wasted an hour trekking round to find what I needed and paying more for it. Way to go Post Office saved the day. Won't us again.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, my husband is disabled so it is very important to get the right suitable holiday to accommodate this.
He only thing is we didn’t get any discount most travel agents have some kind of offers available at the time of booking. After all we were booking way in advance for May 2026
