Helpfulness of staff
Mary so very understanding, patient, friendly, helpful, empathetic.
The other young lady present backed Mary with all the footfall customers re currency, general enquires and answering phones
The only thing,the building really hot due to weather, aur conditioning woukd be nice as they gad to open shop door and traffic noise and walkers by not good for customers or staff.
