Hays Travel - Sheringham Reviews 

I could not have had better service than I had at Hays travel in Sheringham. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. My holiday was booked very smoothly with all my questions answered. I could not fault the service there at all. Exellent and five stars.

Very friendly, helpful and willing to dig through loads of options to find one that we were happy with.

we were very thankful for the help we got when visiting Hays Travel at Sheringham not knowing where we wanted to go or when Ellie soon found 5 holidays in our price range which catered for our needs. She printed them out for us so we could go home and discuss it,we got it down to 2 and went back the next day and saw Liv she was also very good and we booked a holiday .Both girls were very friendly and made it easy for us to get what we wanted

The team have been dealing with my travel requirements for many years. They always provide guidance when necessary as to the best options that will ensure an enjoyable experience.

We have dealt with Hays Travel, Sherringham, Norfolk for some years now and and they are very receptive to our requirements - every aspect is talked through and Nina and her staff are meticulous with procedure/documentation and very helpful indeed.

We were able to go into our local Hays Travel, where they hold our details already, from previous holidays, booked through them, be looked after by friendly, helpful staff (Liv), who found and booked our holiday at our preferred destination and hotel.
Great to have our ideal break booked in one visit and to have confidence in the package of flight, hotel and transfers.

Lovely service from Ellie in Sheringham. We had around 4 visits as we were very fussy trying to nail the best accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teenagers… at the best price… i had lots of options in my head from my own research. Then once in store was able to investigate all my options in full with Ellie very methodically and patiently. We then finally booked whst we hope is our ideal stay for our budget. We eont hesitate to come back snd book all our holidays with Hayes Travel.

I visited twice: once for some general information re travelling to the West Country, and returned to book some tickets. Both members of staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and went far beyond the basics.
