Lona was amazing planning our trip to Vietnam!
Lona was amazing planning our trip to Vietnam - a bucket list holiday. Even though I changed it quite a few times and asked for specific things she stayed calm, polite and ploughed on through, doing her best to find us what we wanted. She was extremely hard working and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Lona you are a credit to Hayes in Shipley and you are amazing at your job. Thank you!
