Friendly, professional service
On arrival at the premises, I received a lovely warm and friendly greeting from Shannon. She spent time listening to my requirements for a tailored 2 centre holiday to Italy, and arranged to call me back with search results results later that day, which she did. After a little tweaking, it didn't take her long to come up with the perfect package to fit my budget.
The whole experience was so straight forward and managed very professionally, I will definitely use Hays for future bookings and would recommend them to my friends and family.

The process was extremly easy, I did not have much time and the young lady Lorna offered to do the research and phone me with the details. She kept her word and phoned to let me know the details. It made booking easy - i will use the service again
