I’m profoundly deaf therefore can’t use phone - tried Facebook messenger to make a booking - took a good few hours as constantly had to wait for someone to get back to me. Eventually got through and paid my deposit - was told I would get confirmation of booking by end of play last night ….. still haven’t received anything ??

Popped into Sidmouth Hays and was looked after by super helpful Shaun. As potential 1st Time Cruisers he took time to explain everything and guide us. Fantastic experience
The Agent, Shaun, was accommodating, calm and chatted through all possibilities. He spent as much time as we needed and gave us a very balanced overview of what was available. Having not been into a travel agent for some time, this was a massively positive experience. We will definitely be booking our next holiday with Hays.
