It all started with a phone call and I got a lovely lady called Julie in the Sheerness branch I told her my wife and I had a big tin of £2 coins which added up to £1300 so I asked if I could use the coins for the deposit in which she replied unfortunately not after seeking advice the courier won't take the wait I then asked about a cruise we discussed when and where Julie then said leave it with her and she would look for me and she did a marvellous job. On Saturday we went to the bank change the money up on the way back we see that Hays had another branch in Sittingbourne so we went in and Chris greeted us and sorted us a perfect cruise after putting up with my wife being so fussy he made us laugh and he is a very nice guy so thank you all at Hays travel
