Very happy with experience
From the time we came into the store to book our holiday we were treated very well everything was explained so we could understand it. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and Kay who we saw who booked it all for us was training and she was exceptional.

We were able to sit down with someone straight away. They were not pushy and answered the questions we had on our chosen trip enquiry. The lady looked at all the surrounding dates to make sure we got the best price and flights. The whole experience was made easy and efficient.

We went into Hays not really knowing where we wanted to go, just that we wanted something special for our Anniversary. Keira was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as we're all the staff, we were given lots of advice based on personal experiences. We were offered tea and biscuits and lots of advice while we were given pros and cons of different types of holidays. Wow, we're of to Antigua. Thank you to all the employees at Hays Sittingbourne, will definitely be using Hays for future getaways.

We found the holiday to suit all our needs
Went to book a family holiday with an idea of where we wanted to go. The lady in the travel agent was most helpful in finding us what we wanted. Taking into consideration the sort of holiday we wanted and the ages of our party. She was very knowledgeable about our destination and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and trips out too. We had a great experience and came away happy with the holiday we had booked.
