40th Birthday Trip to Venice
Amber was really helpful. She was able to pull up multiple options, give the pros and cons for each, change options until I found something that fit what we were looking for. We ended up paying only half of what we intended to and got something we were happy with. I called up later the same day and Chris kindly got us booked in. They're even going to bring us back in to print our passes and get us checked in 30 days before. It's for my partner's 40th, so really happy all round.

The Saleslady Claire was capable charming and nothing was too much trouble. I did not get what I wanted but that was my fault. An alternative all be it next July was very good and something to look forward to.

Amazing Team with the Best Holidays
As always, the Team at Hays Travel Sittingbourne are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, and the communication is spot on. I rarely go in branch now, and liaise with them whilst at home, in the knowledge everything will be arranged without any hassle.
