Nicole, in the Skegness branch, was lovely. She talked us through everything, gave us different options and advice. We booked our 35 day cruise there and then and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. First class service!

Was having trouble getting my visa for Australia. The wonderful lady at Hays Travel sorted it for me. She went through all the different flights until she found one that suited me. She even sort out my travel insurance. The whole experience was great and I would recommend this company to everyone

Becky was great, she spent lots of time talking to me to find out what I was looking for and then got on the phone for the best prices. All the while she was showing me pictures of the hotel the area and all the chances for excursions. Booking with her was a very good experience and the rest of the girls were very welcoming.

You can trust Hays Travel to keep you updated if anything changes with your holiday dates and are always very polite.

We had a really great experience Rubi from the Skegness team was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and dealt with us very kindly

Firstly a negative. The email is addressed to Zoe who is going on the holiday but Josie is the lead person and has this email. A small point but relevant.
It took over an hour for me to get a call back but this was because the trainee needed a supervisor with her to continue.
All was sorted in the end to my satisfaction.

The best experience we've had booking a holiday. After giving Becky what we were looking for she found exactly the right holel and area. We will certainly be going back to Hays travel again.

I haven’t the faintest idear what the company is doing well, I saw a young lady and it was her that did well, I think that she was very patiente with me, and although I must off seemed to keep changing my mind she remained very helpful. And we did manage to sort out the holiday that my friend and I wanted. I Thank her for that.

Give them some info and they will come up with a number of options to tailor your holiday.

We do book some trips directly or online, but for more complex holidays, Hays are definitely our go-to.

This is the first time I have used Hays Travel we normally use an online agent, Julie was brilliant, I knew which resort, hotel and flights we wanted, however Julie went above and beyond making the whole booking so quick and precise, I will certainly be booking future holidays through Hays.
