Always used Hays Travel, they are the best. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Searching many flights to get us the right one to accommodate 7 family members. Excellent service and all done with a smile. Highly recommend 👌

I had been into Skelmersdale branch previously and wanted to book solo travel but after checking no rooms avaliable but advised to book for next year .
The shop was very busy but
Jannette , spent time offering advice and support with booking 2 coach holidays for next year .
Annette offered advice on insurance and coach company policy.
Annette spent time "on hold " to the company due to on line settings , checking pick up points for me .
I returned today to thank janette , to thank her and say I had booked my own insurance and my dietary requirements (coeliac) for the hotels .
I am trying to find a solo coach holiday and said I will be in next week if I find one suitable for me .

100%customer service, never anything less,nothing is too much trouble for Janette, if you want to book a holiday be assured you are in safe hands

The service and the welcome I receive is just absolutely wonderful from any member of your staff they’re all very pleasant knowledgeable and I have known them for many years and I book all my holidays in Hays office Skelmersdale every year once or sometimes twice a year. They all give you the best service and explain and double check all the information on your booking and answer any questions you might have. The service I get I highly recommend it to friends and family. As a company you have the best very knowledgeable staff

I book practically all my holidays through Hays. I find them very helpful and have even priced matched holidays for me. My 1st point of call in the branch is Ann-Marie (Skelnersdale) whether in person or by message she is always there to help me. I have messaged at some early and late times over a holiday that I might've seen. She has always answered me and nothing is a problem.
Booking is no problem once you have decided where and what you want then everything else is straight forward.

Kelsey, who arranged everything for us was very professional but friendly. She explained every step clearly and double checked I was happy with proceeding and that the cabin I had chosen was suitable for our needs. I would certainly use Hays travel again
